Bribie Island RSL Social Golf was founded in 1987
The aim of RSL Social Golf is;
To promote organized games of golf for members of the club
To arrange competitions between members and other social golf clubs
To foster social activities for members, their families, and visitors
At present membership exceeds 50 players and competition caters for both a Mens divisions and a Ladies division.
Our home course is Bribie Island Golf Club and our regular golf program includes events at Woodford GC, Beerwah GC and Caloundra GC, we regularly visit other courses on the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast.
The clubs' program includes single and team events, and club championships.
Membership is open to all financial members of the Bribie Island RSL

Bribie Island RSL Club offers special areas in the venue; whether you feel like a quiet drink or a hearty meal, you can’t go wrong here. Breezy, airy rooms and friendly staff make for easy enjoyment. Choose from the Barcode Café, a slick and bubbly room with delicious cakes and coffees; or the Barcode Bar for a saucy cocktail or two with free live music and a busy wine list. Afterwards make your way over to Botanic Dining where you can enjoy a well-priced menu featuring Tasmanian salmon, oven baked lamb rack, or chermoula and yoghurt basted chicken breast. A well-maintained carvery ensures a homely meal for those wanting more simple fare and there are daily specials. Fabulous for functions and events, the fresh and bright surrounds are tasteful and modern. Trivia nights on Mondays are a huge hoot and popular with the locals, so come on down and jump right in!

We help many organisations and clubs around Bribie Island and you can read more about where our money is distributed on our Support page. We sell all types of second hand (or pre-loved as we like to call it) goods including, clothing, furniture, household items, kitchenware, china, manchester, sporting items, electrical appliances, books, shoes, pictures, toys, walking aids, beds, mattresses, outdoor furniture, haberdashery, heaters, coolers (fans), jewelry and almost everything in between. We have a large warehouse packed with the ordinary to extraordinary. We pick up and deliver so if you cannot drop off your donations, we will arrange a convenient time to pick them up. All our goods are sold through our premises on Cotterill Avenue, Bribie Island and all monies raised go back into the local community where it is needed. Started over 30 years ago, we are a not for profit charitable organisation on Bribie Island. We have approximately 70 volunteers, though they are not here all at once. Without these volunteers, we would not exist today and we extend a big thank you to all those who have donated their time and make our community a better place.
